operate (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “operators”) the websites www.arvigortrading.com, eshop.arvigortrading.com, blog.arvigortrading.com (hereinafter referred to as “websites”) and the services offered. The content of these websites was created with utmost care. However, we can not guarantee the completeness, currentness and correctness of the contents provided. According to §§ 8 – 10 TMA (German Telemedia Act), we are not obligated to monitor any third-party information which has been transmitted or stored, and neither do we have to search for indications which imply the illegality of activities and information.
In particular, in the case of third-party contributions, the opinions of the respective author are not necessarily the opinion of the operator. Our obligation as operator to delete illegal contents under general laws remains unaffected. The liability comes into effect only at the moment of a concrete and unlawful violation. If we are aware of any unlawful infringements, we will immediately remove the relevant content. Liability for our own content is governed by general laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

As the operator of our websites, we carefully checked all external links and there were no legal violations at the time of linking. The constant control of external content without concrete references to legal violations is beyond reasonable practicality. If we are aware of any legal violations, we will immediately remove the corresponding external links.
